To join all you need to do is contact Mel. Call, text or email on 07970798158 or spicer.mel@yahoo.com to book your place.

To try a class its only £5 for your first lesson then you could either pay as you go at £10 per session or pay monthly via standing order at £30 per month. Ask your instructor for full details.

Wear something comfortable that you can move about in such as a T-shirt and shorts/Jogging bottoms.

Training indoors is usually done with bare feet. You will need some trainers to take with you if training outside.

Additional items to take with you would be a drink and a towel and some boxing gloves if you have them but not to worry if you don’t.

To Change or Cancel your membership all you need to do is Login and go to
‘YOUR ACCOUNT’ where you will find information on your memberships and billing.

Under your current membership level, there will be links to Change or Cancel your membership.
