Adults circuit training!! Every Tuesday night 8:00pm-9:00pm and Saturday morning 10:00am-11:00am Come down and fight the flab!!! Our fun friendly circuit classes will push you to your limits to burn off them calories and build great muscle tone and strength!

Circuit training is a great all over body workout involving many different exercises including body weight, kettle bells, medicine ball, skipping exercises and many more to a timed interval =)
