New Knock out body fitness circuit training

New circuit class!!!

Every Saturday morning
10am – 11am

Be prepared to work hard, sweat and tone up in this action packed class, each week you will go through different challenging exercises based on martial arts, kickboxing, boxing and many other fitness routines in a friendly motivated class. Get fit make friends and have fun whilst doing it.

All abilities welcome, (go at your own pace.) Wear loose clothing, bring a towel and a drink and get ready to sweat

Pay as you go £7 per class or only £5 if you pay quarterly!

What have you got to loose apart from flab :)
