Circuit training is a great all over body workout involving many different exercises including body weight, kettle bells, medicine ball, skipping exercises and many more to a timed interval =)

Its called TEAM ROLE MODELS

We are on the look out for karate kids who are purple belt and above who have got what it takes to be a role model for the lower grade kids classes. If we spot someone who stands out to us in their normal lessons by being well-behaved, respectful and helpful to others they will be asked to join team role model. The chosen role model will be given a certificate with 10 spaces on it to be stamped. You earn your stamps by joining in a lower grade class chosen by your instructor and setting a good example to the lower grades. once you have completed 10 classes and were good enough to earn 10 stamps you will receive a gold star to be sewn onto your trousers (this will be a great achievement). Once you have achieved your gold star you will be eligible to start working your way to get your assistant instructor badge!

We have already found 3 role models and are on the look out for more.

Every Saturday morning
10am – 11am

Be prepared to work hard, sweat and tone up in this action packed class, each week you will go through different challenging exercises based on martial arts, kickboxing, boxing and many other fitness routines in a friendly motivated class. Get fit make friends and have fun whilst doing it.

All abilities welcome, (go at your own pace.) Wear loose clothing, bring a towel and a drink and get ready to sweat

Pay as you go £7 per class or only £5 if you pay quarterly!

Please make sure you arrive on time and are wearing your full karate uniform and belt. Please hand in your license book and grading fee (£20) as you register on the day.

Times are as follows.

• Going for RED, YELLOW, ORANGE or GREEN >
  10:30 – 12:00am

• Going for BLUE, PURPLE, PURPLE + WHITE or BROWN >
  12:15 – 13:45pm

• Going for BROWN + WHITE or BROWN + BLACK >
  13:50 – 14:50pm

If you would like to practice through your grading syllabus here is your chance with instructors there to help you with anything you would like to work on including techniques, katas, Self defense etc, it is totally optional for you to come along, it is a great opportunity to practice and be able to ask questions and get help on the run up to your gradings .
